What formats do you offer?

Sorry, but ART is not available at this time. Please consult your machine manual or dealer if you are unsure of your format.
If you require a different format, please ask, as I may be able to accommodate your request.

How do I pay?
Pay Pal is available to all buyers. This is a secure, safe and easy way to pay and is free to use. Payment can be by credit card, bank account or Pay Pal balance. Credit card details or bank account details are not released to me. Click here for more information on Pay Pal.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Pay Pal performs the currency conversion automatically at the time of payment in accordance with their current rates. There is a currency converter here to give you an idea of current exchange rates.

For Australian buyers only, I also offer - Bank deposit Money Order Bank Cheque

If you wish to pay by bank deposit, money order or bank cheque, select the relevant option at checkout and I will then email you the account details or postal address for payment.

How are the designs delivered?
Designs can either be emailed (no additional charge) or posted on a CD (incurs a shipping fee). Click here to view the delivery options.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
I check my emails daily, at various times. Purchases will usually be emailed or posted on the day that payment is received, and generally within 24 hours, but this will vary due to international time differences and when the purchase is paid for. For CD orders, airmail postage from Australia may take anywhere up to 10 days to reach it's destination.

I haven't received my order by email - what is going on?
First of all, please do not email me and say "You haven't sent the designs", as this is most likely not the case!

If you do not appear to have received the designs, please check your spam folders and then contact me with an alternative email address for delivery if possible. Unfortunately attachments do sometimes cause delivery failures for certain ISPs. This can usually be gotten around by using an alternative email address for either yourself or by me sending the designs from one of my alternative email addresses.

When you order does arrive, please click on the return receipt notification to advise that delivery was successful.

What is your refund policy?
Due to the electronic nature of these items, NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES CAN BE OFFERED. If in the very rare event you receive a CD which is damaged or faulty, that CD will be replaced.

I am new to embroidery and don't know how to transfer designs to my machine - can you help ?
You must have the necessary software/hardware to transfer these designs to your embroidery machine, and know how to facilitate this. I cannot take responsibility or provide assistance in this regard due to the numerous different brands of machines/software/hardware. If you are unsure, please find out before purchasing, as I cannot offer refunds.

Can I embroider your designs on items to sell?
Yes, you can. These designs have been digitised by me. You may stitch these designs on items to be sold, however THE DESIGNS THEMSELVES CANNOT BE RE-SOLD, TRADED SHARED OR INCLUDED IN ANY OTHER DESIGN SET. Many, many hours work have gone into creating these designs - please respect my work! If you are selling items on-line with my designs embroidered on them, please give me credit for the designs by stating "Designs purchased from GG Designs Embroidery" and kindly link to the GG Designs Embroidery website, http://www.ggdesignsembroidery.com. I understand an actual link is not allowed in Ebay auctions. On purchasing the designs, you are agreeing to these terms.

Can I use the images of your designs for other projects?
YOU MAY NOT use images of my designs for the purpose of creating other derivative works such as (but not limited to) cards, scrapbooking, screen printing and other reproduction of the images which are then placed on items for sale and/or personal use. Some of the graphics and illustrations I have used may be licensed to other companies and individuals, and using the images without license or permission may be a breach of copyright policy. My designs are solely for the purposes of machine embroidery designs, and are not a licence for reproduction of the images.
If you have an embroidery business/website and use my designs under my terms and conditions on completed items for sale and would like to display images of the designs on your website to your customers, then please email me for permission and approval to do so.

Do you offer custom digitising services?
We do not offer custom digitising. This also includes altering and/or re-sizing designs for your custom requirements.

I need some designs altered / re-sized - can you do this for me?
The designs are only available in the sizes which they were released in. However, there are many good editing programs on the market, or your current software may allow you to enlarge/reduce. I recommend that you not change the design size more than 20% up or down to in an effort to retain the integrity of the design. Please be advised that if you do edit or resize your designs, you do so at your own risk and stitch quality may be adversely affected. I can take no responsibility in this regard.
