This horseshoe applique design includes three sizes (approximate height) -

A great design for budding little cowboys!

There are lots of superstitions surrounding horseshoes - some say you must have the open end of the horseshoe pointed up to catch good luck and keep it from running out. An upside down horseshoe will let good luck pass you by. Others say an upside horseshoe spreads the luck around. You can make your own decision as to which way you stitch your horseshoe applique!
