Email delivery

Email delivery of designs is free, and is available on most designs sets except where indicated in the individual listing.

Please select this option from the drop down shipping menu at checkout, and enter the preferred email address for delivery and format required on the personal details page.

I generally email designs within 24 hours, but please allow for international time differences.

Please ensure that your mail box is capable of receiving large file sizes. PES format in particular is very large for some design sets.

If you do not appear to have received your designs, please check your spam folders.
Shipping on CD

To locations within Australia - $2.50AUD regular post
Worldwide - $5.00AUD airmail post

Please select the relevant shipping option at checkout, and your required format on the personal details page.

All purchases from the same order will be put onto the one CD for the one postage cost.
When can I expect my order to arrive?

I check my emails daily, at various times. Purchases will usually be emailed or posted on the day that payment is received, and generally within 24 hours, but this will vary due to international time differences and when the purchase is paid for. For CD orders, airmail postage from Australia may take anywhere up to 10 days to reach it's destination.
