This cute bag tag was designed to be made from vinyl, and features a clear vinyl pocket on the back to hold name information or other details.

Printable PDFs are included for the name and phone number insert as shown below, as well as a completely blank insert, which you can simply print on cardstock and trim around the borders for a perfect fit.
(Hint - always check your printer is set to print the PDF at 100% size - not "fit to page", otherwise they won't be the correct size!)

One bag tag can be made in the 4x4 hoop, however I have also included a file for the 5x7 hoop which will allow you to make two bag tags in one hooping.

KAM snaps are required to finish off the design, and I have even added placements for those in the design so there is no guessing where to attach them :-)

A split ring, D-ring or snap swivel is also required.

Easy to follow instructions (with photos) are included in PDF format.

Completed size of tag measures approximately 2 7/8" wide x 3 5/8" long (with the snap shut).
