A quick and easy felt heart which slides onto a pen or pencil to make a cute favour for Valentines Day!

This set includes a single design, plus "SORTED" versions which allow you to make two in a 4x4 hoop, or four in a 5x7 hoop, of all the same felt/thread colours.

Easy to follow instructions (with photos) are included in PDF format.
