These pencil topper designs make a cute and inexpensive Valentine's Day favour!

They are made from felt and simply slide on each end of a pencil.

Designs are included for the following -

Heart by itself;
Feather by itself;
One complete set sorted for the 4x4 hoop;

I have also included a PDF sheet of printable tags that you print, cut and tie onto the pencil for extra cuteness.
